COMMUNICATION:Communication over your entire campaign term is critical. You agree to respond to all Instasurge communication attempts as soon as possible. Failure to respond in a timely fashion to any ACTION REQUIRED system messages or staff emails requiring your response may result in campaign termination and forfeit of your payment with no refund.
PERMISSIONS AND ACKNOWLEDGMENTS: Your electronic signature on our Campaign Questionnaire grants Instasurge rights and privileges to access and market your Instagram account as you, for you and on your behalf and acknowledges you have read, understand and accept these (15) Instasurge Terms Of Service.
SECURITY VERIFICATIONS: All online computers, tablets and smartphones have an IP Address. When Instagram detects a new or unrecognized IP logging in to an Instagram account it may trigger a security verification email or text from Instagram with a 6-digit code. This is normal.
OTHER SERVICES OR SOFTWARE: Running simultaneous marketing software or starting multiple free trials or campaigns with different companies will get your Instagram account blocked, shadow banned or shut down permanently. NEVER sign-up with other similar services or start other campaigns or free trials, or use Instagram marketing software while working with Instasurge.
VOIDED PERFORMANCE PROMISES: If we determine, or even suspect that you have surreptitiously used another system, software or similar service before or while simultaneously working with Instasurge, all performance promises or refund offers we have pledged to you will be invalid and are void.
REFUND CONSIDERATION: If you believe you are entitled to a full or partial refund for a payment made to Instasurge, submit your refund request in writing via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund requests must be received no later than the last day of the month for which the campaign payment was made. No consideration will be given to full or partial refund requests, for multiple or past months, or for any other month than which the most recent campaign payment was tendered.
MARGIN FOR ERROR: We take exhaustive measures to mitigate any margin for error when targeting posts and users during your campaign. However, we cannot guarantee we will never engage with posts or users that you do not approve of. If you notice your campaign has followed, liked or engaged with a post or user you do not approve of, do not unfollow or unlike the post or user. Bring it to our attention so we can determine why it happened and we will adjust your campaign and settings to hopefully prevent it from happening again.
ALGORITHMS: Our system uses algorithmic cycles. During your campaign, you may notice a rapid increase of activity and growth, and it may be steady and fast for a period. At other times you may notice lulls, activity and growth may slow down, sometimes there may be no activity at all. This is normal. Please do not hyper-focus on the hourly/daily activity as it is the overall weekly/monthly results that matter and that we pledge to deliver.
FREE TRIAL DISCOUNTS: Over the term of your Free Trial we will enter, gather and track valuable data and important algorithms are developed that may affect the long-term results of your campaign. If you decide against starting a monthly campaign at the end of your Free Trial, you will forfeit all discounts or promotional pricing extended to you.
PAYMENT: Unless you are on Auto-Pay, your agreement with Instasurge is month-to-month; there is no contract. Payments are due in advance for the month of service requested. Clients on Auto-Pay will be charged every 30 days until their campaign is canceled.
PAYMENT PRORATION: Your recurring payment anniversary date will be moved forward to either the 15th or 30th of the month to keep our billing dates uniform for all clients. This may result in your account receiving 1 – 14 days extra time at no charge.
PROMO DISCOUNTS: Clients who elect to use a promo code for discounted monthly pricing and/or clients who choose to enroll in recurring Auto-Pay to receive an additional discount on their campaign pricing, agree to enroll for a minimum 90-day campaign term and may cancel at any time after 90-days.
CANCELATION: There is no requirement to notify us of your desire to cancel unless you are on Auto-Pay. Auto-Pay clients must provide 15-Day advance notice in writing via email to: email@example.com. Accounts not canceled within the 15-day window will be billed as usual for the month, their campaign will continue 30 days, then service will cancel at the end of that 30 day cycle.
PARTNERSHIPS: Instasurge relies on symbiotic global systems, and cooperative software partnerships to keep our own software and systems updated and current. Frequent testing against partner systems worldwide allows us to track and compare our speed and results to ensure our performance standards.
